近年来,经济的发展和市场的变化,对高职学生的要求越来越高,尤其是职业核心能力的培养。具备良好的职业核心能力不仅有利于社会长久发展,也有助于实现自我的人生价值。本文尝试阐述了职业核心能力的内涵及体系的八个模块,分析了高职学生职业核心能力培养的现状,从思想认识、师资队伍、教学方法、校企合作等方面提出有针对性的培养策略。 In recent years, economic development and changes in the market demand for higher vocational students is getting higher and higher, especially the cultivation of vocational core competencies. A good professional core ability not only conducive to long-term social development, but also help to achieve self-worth of life. This article attempts to elaborate the connotation of the core competence of vocational and eight modules of the system, analyzes the status quo of vocational core competence of vocational students, puts forward the corresponding cultivation strategies from the aspects of ideological understanding, faculty, teaching methods, school-enterprise cooperation and so on .
