目的:研究复方当归对小鼠的补血作用。方法:雌性小鼠随机分组,考察对正常小鼠血常规的影响;应用实验动物模型,考察复方当归对失血性血虚组、化学损伤性血虚小鼠的治疗效果。结果:复方当归对正常小鼠血常规影响不是太大,而失血性血虚、化学损伤性组小鼠的红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)和骨髓有核细胞数及脾重量均明显高于模型组。结论:复方当归血虚小鼠有明显的抗贫血作用,并能促进骨髓及脾脏的造血功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Fufang Angelica on blood-enriching mice. Methods: Female mice were randomly divided into groups to investigate the effects on the blood routine in normal mice. The effects of Fufang Danggui on the mice with hemorrhagic blood deficiency and chemical-damaging blood deficiency were studied by using experimental animal models. Results: The effect of compound Angelica sinensis on the blood routine of normal mice was not so great, while the RBC, hemoglobin (Hb), the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and the spleen weight of mice with hemorrhagic blood deficiency and chemical damage were significantly Higher than the model group. Conclusion: The compound Angelica sinensis mice have obvious anti-anemia effect, and can promote the hematopoietic function of bone marrow and spleen.
