目的:观察金菊解毒颗粒解热抗炎及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用内毒素制备大鼠发热模型,观察金菊解毒颗粒解热作用;采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿法和冰醋酸小鼠腹腔注射,观察金菊解毒颗粒抗炎作用;采用鸡红细胞致小鼠溶血素抗体生成,观察金菊解毒颗粒对小鼠体液免疫的作用;采用2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发型超敏反应,观察金菊解毒颗粒对小鼠细胞免疫的作用。结果:金菊解毒颗粒6.30、3.15、1.58 g/kg剂量组大鼠体温升高数值在造模后1h、3h、5h时均显著性减小。金菊解毒颗粒6.30、3.15、1.58 g/kg剂量组对大鼠肉芽肿湿重、干重均明显减小;金菊解毒颗粒9.10、4.55、2.28 g/kg剂量组小鼠伊文思蓝吸收值均明显减小。金菊解毒颗粒9.10、4.55 g/kg剂量组小鼠HC50数值均明显减小;金菊解毒颗粒9.10、4.55 g/kg剂量组小鼠右左耳片差值均显著减小。结论:金菊解毒颗粒具有显著解热、抗炎作用,同时对免疫功能也具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the antipyretic and antipyretic effects of Jinju Jiedu Granule on immune function in mice. Methods: Rat model of fever was established by endotoxin. The antipyretic effect of Jinju Jiedu granule was observed. The anti-inflammatory effect of Jinju Jiedu granule was observed by intraperitoneal injection of cotton ball granuloma and acetic acid in mice. Mouse hemolysin antibody was generated to observe the effect of Jinju Jiedu Granule on humoral immunity in mice. The delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mice was used to observe the effect of Jinju Jiedu Granule on cellular immunity in mice . Results: The values of body temperature in rats of 6.30, 3.15 and 1.58 g / kg of Jinju Jiedu Granules decreased significantly at 1h, 3h and 5h after modeling. Jinju Jiedu Granules 6.30,3.15,1.58 g / kg dose group of rat granuloma wet weight and dry weight were significantly reduced; Jinju Jiedu Granules 9.10,4.55,2.28 g / kg dose group mice Evans Blue absorption value Significantly reduced. The values of HC50 in mice of 9.10 and 4.55 g / kg for Jinju Jiedu Granules were significantly decreased, while those of mice in groups of 9.10 and 4.55 g / kg for Jinju Jiedu Granules were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Jinju Jiedu Granule has significant antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects, and also has certain inhibitory effect on immune function.
