目的研究E-选择素(E-selectin)基因多态性与健康人群血脂谱改变的关系。方法随机选择230例湖北地区无血缘关系健康汉族人群,用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测其E-selectin基因型,分析各基因型对血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白的影响。结果正常汉族人群中E-selectin基因型以GG型发生频率最高(91.7%),男女间差异不显著,且基因型间血脂水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在汉族人群中存在E-selectin基因多态性,且与血脂水平无相关性(P>0.05)。
Objective To study the relationship between E-selectin gene polymorphism and lipid profile in healthy subjects. Methods A total of 230 unrelated healthy Han Chinese population in Hubei Province were randomly selected. The genotypes of E-selectin were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The genotypes of blood lipid, lipoprotein, Apolipoprotein effects. Results The frequency of G-type genotype was the highest in E-selectin genotypes (91.7%) in normal Han population. There was no significant difference between male and female genotypes, and there was no significant difference in serum lipids between genotypes (P> 0.05). Conclusion E-selectin gene polymorphism exists in Han population, and there is no correlation with serum lipids (P> 0.05).
