随着中国社会结构的变化,如何解除城市弱势群体的医疗困境便成为救助城市贫困人口的主要内容之一。然而我国的医疗救助制度起步较晚,正在实行医疗救助的城市,其政策均各成体系,目前尚缺乏统一的、制度化的医疗救助体系。本论文分析了当前医疗弱势群体的成因和现状,并针对医疗救助实施过程中存在问题,提出了一些策略与建议。
With the change of social structure in China, how to relieve the medical predicament of the urban vulnerable groups has become one of the main contents of helping the urban poor. However, the medical aid system in our country started relatively late. In the cities where medical assistance is being implemented, the policies of the two countries are all in different systems. At present, there is still a lack of a unified and institutionalized medical aid system. This paper analyzes the causes and current status of the current medical vulnerable groups, and puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the existing problems in the implementation of medical aid.
