社会生产力是由劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象以及参与社会生产和再生产过程的其他一切物质技术要素所构成的一个复杂系统。作为生产力要素的劳动者,是生产力中的能动因素,在生产力发展的不同阶段,作为班组成员的劳动者的生产经验、劳动技能以及知识、智力、文化、技术修养也不同。班组是企业的细胞,是产品(电力商品)和服务质量的源头,班组工作的优劣直接决定企业的发展和经济效益。鉴于人在生产力中的关键地位和作用,通过搭建QC活动平台,提升员工的能力和素质,发挥主观能动性,不仅有助于解决实际工作中的问题,提升个人能力素质,更能持续推进班组乃至企业健康稳定发展。
Social productivity consists of a complex system of workers, labor data, objects of labor, and all other material and technological elements involved in the process of social production and reproduction. As a productive factor, laborers are dynamic factors in productivity. In different stages of the development of productive forces, laborers who work as team members have different production experience, labor skills, knowledge, intelligence, culture and technical training. The team is the cell of the enterprise, which is the source of the product (power commodity) and service quality. The pros and cons of team work directly determines the development and economic benefits of the enterprise. In view of the key position and function of people in the productive forces, through building a platform for QC activities to enhance employees’ abilities and qualities and to play their subjective initiative, it not only helps to solve problems in practical work, enhance personal abilities and qualities, but also continuously promote team work and even Enterprise healthy and stable development.
