1 CO2 purity low impact on urea production (1) affect the urea synthesis conversion rate. The increase of inert gas content in feedstock CO2 will reduce the partial pressure of NH3 in the gas phase in urea synthesis, resulting in the decrease of NH3 concentration in liquid phase and the decrease of CO2 conversion rate. Conversely, CO2 conversion is increased. Experiments show that the purity of CO2 is in the range of 86% ~ 100%, the purity of CO2 decreases by 1%, the conversion of urea synthesis will decrease by 0.6%
