目的观察营养包用于改善婴幼儿营养性贫血的临床效果。方法选择2012年2月-2014年8月医院儿保科行健康体检的婴幼儿200例,按照是否使用营养包分为观察组123例和对照组77例。对照组保持家庭内原来的食物辅助添加,并且根据不同月龄婴幼儿进行婴幼儿配方指导;观察组在对照组的基础上添加营养包进行干预,1年后统计测量婴幼儿身高、体质量、血红蛋白变化值及营养性贫血的发生率。结果 1年后,观察组婴幼儿身高增长值、体质量增长值和血红蛋白变化值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。2组均无重度贫血发生,观察组轻度、中度贫血发生率的46.8%和22.1%均明显低于对照组的46.8%和22.1%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论营养包对婴幼儿营养性贫血具有明显改善作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nutritional package for improving nutritional anemia in infants and toddlers. Methods From February 2012 to August 2014, 200 cases of infants and toddlers undergoing physical examination in the hospital’s PABC were divided into observation group (n = 123) and control group (n = 77) according to whether nutritional bag was used or not. The control group to maintain the family’s original food supplements, and according to infants and young children of different ages infant formula guidance; observation group in the control group based on the nutrition package to intervene, 1 year after the statistics of infant height, weight, Hemoglobin changes and the incidence of nutritional anemia. Results One year later, the height growth value, body mass growth value and hemoglobin value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). There was no severe anemia in both groups. 46.8% and 22.1% of mild and moderate anemia in observation group were significantly lower than 46.8% and 22.1% in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional package has a significant improvement on nutritional anemia in infants and young children, which is worth popularizing and applying.
