1997年4月10日至11日,湖北省委组织部、省委党史研究室、省社科联、省中共党史学会联合召开了邓小平党建理论与执政党建设学术研讨会。省委常委、省委组织部部长黄远志、原省顾委主任陈明、原省委秘书长吕乃强、省委党史研究室主任王性初、省社联党组副书记陈昆满、省委组织部副厅级组织员曾瑞潜、省中共党史学会会长康裕震等领导同志以及湖北地区从事党建理论研究的专家、学者及党建实际工作者60余人参加了会议。黄远志、陈明、吕乃强、王性初同志在会上讲话。13位论文作者进行了大会发言,交流了学术观点。省中共党史学会常务副会长陈乃宣同志作了总结发言。
From April 10 to April 11, 1997, Hubei Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Party History Research Laboratory, Provincial Federation of Social Sciences and Provincial Communist Party History Society jointly held a seminar on Deng Xiaoping’s theory of party building and construction of the ruling party. Huang Yuanzhi, member of Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Organization Department, Chen Ming, director of former Provincial Advisory Committee, former Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Lu Naiqiang, director of Party History Research Office Wang Xingchu, deputy secretary of Provincial Socialist Party Group Chen Kunman and deputy director of Provincial Party Committee Organization Department Level organizer Zeng Ruiqian, president of Provincial Communist Party History Society Kang Yuzhen and other leaders and experts and scholars engaged in party building theory in Hubei Province and more than 60 party-building practitioners attended the meeting. Huang Yuanzhi, Chen Ming, Lu Naiqiang, Comrade Wang Xingchu addressed the meeting. Thirteen essayists spoke at the conference and exchanged academic views. Comrade Chen Naixuan, executive vice president of the Provincial Communist Party History Society, made a concluding speech.
