校企合作对于地方高校化学专业的实践教学模式创新以及应用型人才培养具有重要意义。我校化学本科专业尝试通过校企合作,建立稳定的校外实践教学基地,组织学生参加专业见习,毕业实习、毕业论文及就业培训等实践活动。经过7年的探索与实践,初步形成了“专业见习-毕业实习-毕业论文-就业培训”四位一体的实践教学模式,该模式的实施提高了大学生的实践能力、创造能力和就业能力,也促进了“双师型”教师团队的建设,是一条提高我校化学类专业应用型人才培养质量的有效途径。 The cooperation between school and enterprise is of great significance to the innovation of practice teaching mode and the cultivation of applied talents in chemistry major of local colleges and universities. Our undergraduate chemistry major tries to set up a stable off-campus practical teaching base through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and organizes students to take part in practical activities such as professional internship, graduation internship, graduation thesis and employment training. After seven years of exploration and practice, the four-in-one practical teaching mode of “professional trainee-graduation practice-graduation thesis-job training” has been formed initially. The implementation of this mode has improved the practical ability, creative ability and employability of undergraduates , But also promoted the construction of “double-qualified teachers” team, which is an effective way to improve the quality of applied talents in chemistry specialty of our university.
