职业学校课堂教学是一种综合性很强的艺术活动,它包括教学内容的研究、教学方法的改革、板书、多媒体课件、语言、学生动手实践、校企合作等,归纳起来称之为理—实—多媒体“一体化”多元化教学方式。教学方法多元化是构成职业教育的主体,也是赖以完成教学任务的主要信息载体。一体化教学是传统的教学理念的提升,它使理论—实训—多媒体、校企合作融为一体,形成科学、规范、完整的教学体系。本文就一体化教学的必要性、教师的培养、教师的理念、教材的选编、教学质量、校企合作等进行分析和探讨。
Vocational school classroom teaching is a comprehensive arts activities, including teaching content, teaching methods reform, blackboard, multimedia courseware, language, student hands-on practice, school-enterprise cooperation, etc., summed up as the reason - Real - multimedia “integration ” diversified teaching methods. Diversification of teaching methods constitutes the main body of vocational education and the main information carrier on which teaching tasks are completed. Integrated teaching is the promotion of the traditional teaching concept, which makes the theory - training - multimedia, school-enterprise cooperation into one, forming a scientific, standardized and complete teaching system. This article analyzes the necessity of integrated teaching, the cultivation of teachers, the concept of teachers, the selection of textbooks, the quality of teaching, the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
