研究发泡剂的用量及用水量倍数的变化对泡沫混凝土30s流动度、28d抗压强度、干密度的影响。结果表明,水胶比不变、水泥用量固定的情况下,一定的掺量范围内,随着发泡剂用量的增加,泡沫混凝土28d抗压强度会急剧地降低,干密度会相应地减小,拌合物30s流动度也总体呈现降低的趋势;而相同条件下,发泡剂用量变化对泡沫混凝土28d抗压强度、干密度的影响要比发泡剂用水倍数变化的影响大。
The effects of the amount of blowing agent and the change of water multiple on the flowability, compressive strength and dry density of foam concrete for 30 s were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of foam concrete decreases drastically with the increase of the amount of foaming agent within a certain dosage range under the condition of constant water-cement ratio and constant cement content, and the dry density will decrease correspondingly , The fluidity of 30s also showed a general trend of decrease. Under the same conditions, the influence of the amount of foaming agent on the compressive strength and dry density of foam concrete at 28d was greater than that of the foaming agent.
