年初闭幕的第十届全国人大四次会议批准通过了《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》,将中国绿色食品生产纳入了《纲要》。近日,农业部出台了《关于贯彻中央推进社会主义新农村建设战略部署的实施意见》,明确提出要“扩大养殖、园艺等劳动密集型产品和绿色食品的生产”。这表明中国绿色食品行业如何持续健康地发展,已纳入社会经济和谐发展的重大战略。因而广大企业与消费者对绿色食品的发展也更为关注。为此本刊记者就相关问题采访了中国绿色食品发展中心主任马爱国。
