肠梗阻是外科常见急腹症之一,其发病率仅次于兰尾炎。以往我们对该病的治疗不外手术治疗和保守治疗。几十年来一直未能跳出这个圈子。文化大革命以来全国广大医务人员在毛主席革命卫生路线指引下,掀起了中西医结合的高潮。我们从七○年十二月至七四年十二月四年时间内用中西医结合治疗肠梗阻238例,兹将情况报告如下: Ileus is one of the common acute abdomen surgery, the incidence of second only to mastitis. In the past we treat the disease but no surgery and conservative treatment. For decades it has been unable to jump out of this circle. Since the Cultural Revolution, the vast majority of medical staff in the country, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary health line, set off the climax of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. We have treated 238 cases of intestinal obstruction with traditional Chinese and western medicine from December 1970 to July 2014 within the four years. We hereby report the following:
