新的时代,普通高中教育迎来了发展的新机遇,同时在法制建设、多样化发展、社会力量参与以及均衡发展等方面存在诸多矛盾和问题。新时代普通高中教育发展要有新理念、新思路和新举措。以教育治理现代化的思维审视和破解普通高中教育普及发展中的现实困境,必须加强普通高中立法,构建新时代普通高中教育法律制度体系;深化体制机制改革,推动普通高中多样化有特色发展;创新教育服务多样化供给,支持多元社会主体参与普通高中教育;发挥政府“元治理”的核心主体作用,推动普通高中教育均衡发展。
