跳蚤与人畜关系极为密切,通过叮刺、吸血和寄生可给人畜造成直接损害,还可以作为人畜多种疾病的传播媒介以及某些寄生虫的中间宿主。如鼠疫、班疹伤寒等传染病给病人畜造成严重的间接危害。为此,我们自1992年以来开展了辖内蚤类调查,现将结果报告如下:1调查方法 直接从人体内衣,猫、狗毛丛内检蚤放入75%酒精内带回实验室鉴定;用板式铁夹捕鼠,将鼠放入单袋内扎紧带回实验室检蚤鉴定。
