野生海参对生长海域环境要求较高,且生长速度较慢,因而产量非常有限,而市场需求又非常强劲,使野生海参有靓货难求之趋势。相比较而言,进口海参多为野生,近年来由于开发力度不断加大,产量有所增加,逐渐为消费者接受。因为有食用海参传统的国家基本都在亚洲,所以北美、南美、澳大利亚等海参产地野生资源还是比较丰富的。现代商业的便利,使得“洋海参”们漂洋过海,端上了中国人的餐桌。我们请来加美珍品的Claire Huang,来给我们讲讲“洋海参”那些事。
Wild sea cucumbers on the growth of marine environment demanding, and slower growth, and thus the yield is very limited, and the market demand is very strong, wild sea cucumber is difficult to find a good number of goods trend. Comparatively speaking, most imported sea cucumbers are wild. In recent years, due to the continuous development of the sea cucumber, the output has increased and gradually accepted by consumers. Because there is a basic tradition of eating sea cucumber in Asia, so North America, South America, Australia and other wild sea cucumber resources are relatively rich. The convenience of modern business, making “sea cucumber” across the sea, end up on the Chinese table. We invited Claire Huang from Gingee to tell us about those things.
