4月24日下午,武汉市洪山区副区长万磊一行3人到区档案局(馆)检查档案馆新建过渡期间工作。万磊一行首先查看了数字化加工室、过渡馆档案库房、防火设备及防盗监控系统,并详细询问了档案安全保管措施、档案利用和数字化加工工作等情况,区档案局局长曾和平在介绍档案局(馆)历史沿革后,重点汇报了过渡馆安全工作、全区档案基础工作、新馆建设工作以及存在的困难和今后的发展思路。
On the afternoon of April 24, 3 members including Vice Mayor of Hongshan District of Wuhan City, Wan Lei, visited the District Archives Bureau (Museum) to check the work during the new transitional period of the archives. Wan Lei and his entourage first reviewed the digital processing room, transition hall archives, fire prevention equipment and security monitoring system, and asked in detail the file security measures, file utilization and digital processing and other circumstances, the District Archives Secretary had peace in introducing the Archives (Museum) historical evolution, focusing on the report of the transition hall safety work, the region’s file base work, the construction of new museum as well as the existing difficulties and future development ideas.
