在农村小学小班化教学的过程中,教师需要充分关注到班级学生中每个人的成长。因为许多家长进城务工,所以生源逐年减少,班级的人数不多。在这种情况下,为了贯彻因材施教的理念,让每个学生都可以最好的发展,教师需要在小班化教学中应用分层教学的策略。在制定教学目标时,教师需要充分考虑到班级学生之间的个体差别,并且合理的制定差异化的教学目标,根据每个学生接受能力、学习能力的不同来及时调整教学目标,并且实时关注学生的学习进程。笔者阐述了分层教学的优势,并且提升了实施分层教学的有效策略以及教学生如何学的方法。
In the process of small class teaching in rural primary schools, teachers need to pay sufficient attention to the growth of everyone in the class. Because many parents work in cities, the number of students decreases year by year, and the number of classes is small.
