经过多年的实践和探索,校企合作得到了较快发展。但由于在合作理念、运行机制、组织保障、政策匹配等方面存在诸多问题,我国的校企合作普遍存在合作目标短视、合作内容单一、合作形式初级、合作主体松散、合作管理粗放等现象。如何克服这些问题,切实推进校企合作向深层次、全方位和可持续的方向发展?深入分析校企深度合作内涵,借鉴价值链理论,构建以合作利益为产出目标的校企合作价值链模型是解决问题的有效途径。
After many years of practice and exploration, the cooperation between school and enterprise has achieved rapid development. However, due to many problems in cooperation philosophy, operation mechanism, organizational guarantee and policy matching, there are many phenomena such as short-sighted cooperation, single cooperation content, primary forms of cooperation, loose cooperation partners and extensive cooperation and management in school-enterprise cooperation in China. How to overcome these problems and effectively promote the cooperation between school and enterprise to a deeper, all-around and sustainable direction? Deeply analyze the connotation of depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, draw lessons from the theory of value chain and construct the value chain of school-enterprise cooperation with the output of cooperation as its goal Model is an effective way to solve the problem.
