假定装备制造商具有批发决策权,生产率是市场需求率的线性函数,市场需求率是价格和营销成本的函数。在考虑需求函数和运输成本函数的基础上,建立装备制造商的批发价和订货批量决策模型,并对模型的性质进行分析。研究表明:制造商的最优批发价与生产启动成本、生产成本、固定运输成本和单位商品库存成本成正比;与制造商生产率和订货批量成反比。制造商最优订货批量与市场需求率、固定运输成本、生产启动成本和制造商生产率成正比,与零售价和单位库存成本成反比。
Assuming that equipment manufacturers have wholesale decision-making power, productivity is a linear function of market demand rate, which is a function of price and marketing costs. Based on the demand function and transportation cost function, the wholesale price and order quantity decision model of equipment manufacturer are established and the nature of the model is analyzed. The results show that the optimal wholesale price of the manufacturer is proportional to the production start-up cost, the production cost, the fixed transportation cost and the unit inventory cost of goods. It is inversely proportional to the manufacturer’s productivity and the order quantity. The manufacturer’s optimal order volume is proportional to the market demand rate, fixed shipping costs, start-up costs and manufacturer productivity, and is inversely proportional to the retail price and the unit inventory cost.
