由于地理环境的影响,导致城市规划与建设工作较为繁琐,部分地区为提高城市规划效率,在城市规划未完成前,即开始城市建设工作,导致后期的部分工程长期搁置,对城市基础设施完善产生不利影响。有效地解决该问题对于城市的发展而言重要至极,因此就城市规划与城市建设管理展开探究,并总结出城市规划的规划方案与城市建设管理的管理措施。
