本文采用5个不育系与6个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,配制了30个杂交组合,研究籼型杂交稻稻米中重金属Cd含量的杂种优势表现及配合力、遗传力。结果表明:稻米中Cd含量有明显的杂种负优势效应;Cd含量的不育系和恢复系的一般配合力效应及二者的特殊配合力效应均达极显著水平,说明低Cd组合的选育,双亲的遗传改良和组合的评价筛选都很重要。Cd含量的广义遗传力与狭义遗传力均较高、相差较小,分别为97.73%和80.10%,说明稻米Cd含量以基因加性作用为主,亲本改良在早期世代选择的效果较好。
In this paper, five lines of male sterile lines and six lines of restorer lines were used for incomplete diallens. 30 hybrid combinations were prepared to study the heterosis, combining ability and heritability of heavy metal Cd in indica hybrid rice. The results showed that the Cd content in rice had obvious heterosis negative heterosis. The general combining ability and the special combining ability of both CMS and restorer lines reached the extremely significant level, indicating that the selection of low Cd combinations , Parental genetic improvement and a combination of evaluation and screening are important. The general heritability and narrow heritability of Cd content were higher, with a small difference of 97.73% and 80.10%, respectively, indicating that Cd content in rice was mainly due to additive effect of gene, while selection of parents improved better in early generation.
