当前,职业院校把提高少数民族学生培养质量、转变就业观念、增强就业、创业能力作为一项重要工作,在预科汉语教学中,加强少数民族学生专业人才培养是非常必要的,职业院校要把加强少数民族学生专业人才培养作为首要工作,探索出符合高职特色的汉语教学发展之路,才能培养出具备较高的素质的少数民族职业技术人才,为新疆的跨越式发展添砖加瓦,取得更大的成绩。
