马铃薯的内绣斑病,是种一生理上的紊乱,其特点是整个块茎不规则地发生褐色的锈斑或是长一些疙瘩(亚农Anon1976)随着钙的浓度下降而同时产生。当低浓度的钙影响块茎时,这种病便会同时发展起来。在文献中至今尚未发现有关各品种的马铃薯对内锈斑病敏感性的报告。但是其他一些作物在对钙的生理性紊乱方面,也表现出有品种的差异,如蕃茄花蒂的腐烂、布鲁塞尔芽菜的变褐和莴苣菜的叶尖烧灼等。下列试验是为了研究不同品种的马铃薯对内锈斑病的敏感性,并看看这种敏感性的品种差別是否和块茎里钙的含量有关。
The intraspecific disease of the potato is a physiological disorder characterized by irregular brown spots or long lumps (Anonon, 1976) that occur simultaneously with a decrease in calcium concentration. When low levels of calcium affect the tubers, the disease develops at the same time. To date, no reports of potato susceptibility to internal rusts have been reported in the literature. However, some other crops show differences in physiological aspects of calcium, such as the decay of flower pedicels in tomatoes, the browning of Brussels sprouts and the cauterization of lettuce dishes. The following experiments were conducted to investigate the susceptibility of different varieties of potatoes to the internal rust disease and to see if the differences in species susceptibility are related to the amount of calcium in the tubers.
