一、前言锆合金是水堆中使用最成熟的结构材料,目前主要的锆合金有锆2,锆4,锆2.5铌合金,其中锆2用于沸水堆,锆4用于压水堆,锆2.5铌用于压力管材料。由于轻水堆采用低浓缩铀作燃料,体积小,投资少,建设周期短,技术较成熟,所以它是目前核电站的主要堆型,占正在建设和计划建设核电站中的70~80%。其中2/3以上是压水堆。
I. Introduction Zirconium alloys are the most mature structural materials used in water reactors. At present, the main zirconium alloys are zirconium 2, zirconium 4 and zirconium 2.5 niobium alloys. Zirconium 2 is used in boiling water reactors and zirconium 4 is used in pressurized water reactors, zirconium 2.5 Niobium for pressure pipe material. Because LWR uses low-enriched uranium for fuel, it is small in size, low in investment, short in construction period and relatively mature in technology. Therefore, it is the main reactor type of nuclear power plants, accounting for 70-80% of the construction and planned construction of nuclear power plants. Two thirds of them are pressurized water reactors.
