河北省石家庄地区无霜期180天左右,玉米是一年一料。为了缩短育种年限,加速育种进程,试验成功了利用春播玉米嫩粒夏播,在北方一年繁殖两代的育种方法。玉米自交系于4月中旬(当地玉米适宜播期)播种,6月下旬抽雄开花,人工授粉,授粉后20-25天收获青果穗。收获的当天用小刀将嫩粒剥下,放在背阳通风处晾2-3天,然后夏播。一般于7月15-25日播种,霜前基本成熟。一、试验结果 1.发芽出土能力。据试验,授粉后10天的嫩粒,有的已有发芽能力;15天的发芽率
