高职院校公共英语教授的是一种国际流通的和众多学科共同使用的交际语言,它对学生的后继课程的学习、综合素质的培养和英语应用能力的提高起着重要的作用。本文首先论述了当前高职英语教学中存在的问题,其次论述了课程设置与教学效果的关系,然后运用“二语习得”理论对当前高职院校中英语课程设置状况进行了分析并进行了实证研究,最后得出了“二语习得”理论下设置的课程能极大提高教学效果的结论。
The teaching of public English in higher vocational colleges is a communicative language which is commonly used in international circulation and in many disciplines. It plays an important role in students’ subsequent course study, cultivation of comprehensive qualities and improvement of English application ability. This paper first discusses the existing problems in the current English teaching of higher vocational education, then discusses the relationship between the curriculum and teaching effectiveness, and then uses the theory of second language acquisition to analyze the current situation of English curriculum in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it concludes that the curriculum set up under the second language acquisition theory can greatly improve the teaching effect.
