目的:探讨外伤后癫痫皮质脑电图监测的手术疗效。方法:16例外伤后癫痫病人实施皮质脑电图监测下手术治疗。结果:16例随访1～7年(平均随访4年3个月),手术有效率达86％。本文还对外伤后癫痫的病因、病理、发病率、手术适应证及术后治疗原则进行了较详细的讨论。结论:采用皮质脑电图监测下行手术治疗外伤后顽固性癫痫是一安全、有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of epileptic cortex EEG after trauma. Methods: Sixteen patients with posttraumatic epilepsy underwent surgical monitoring with cortical electroencephalography. Results: 16 cases were followed up for 1 to 7 years (average follow-up of 4 years and 3 months), the operative efficiency was 86%. This article also discusses the etiology, pathology, incidence, surgical indications and postoperative treatment principles of post-traumatic epilepsy. Conclusion: Cortical electroencephalogram monitoring of surgical treatment of intractable epilepsy after trauma is a safe and effective method.
