最近成都航空工业学校以高级工程师陈永明同志为主的技术人员,利用机械、电子、液压相结合的技术,研制成功了普通车床微机控制模块式自动化装置。该装置用液压系统进行驱动,功率较大;采用机械模块式定位,重复定位精度可达二级;对C616、C618、C630系列普通车床,只要主轴及导轨面保持一定精度就可进行改造,并实现自动、手动兼容。该装置被中国设备管理协会定为八个重点推广项目之一。
