敏捷制造是21世纪的制造模式,它可在异地开发产品,以充分利用各个企业的资源优势。建立联盟是实施敏捷制造的关键。从产品开发的角度看,联盟的建立就是资源的重组,而车间的重构是制造资源重组的重要内容。本文从产品开发任务定义和分解出发,建立了制造资源重构的数学模型,提出了基于因特网的制造资源重构的机理和方法,同时给出了优化问题求解的启发式算法。
Agile manufacturing is a 21st century manufacturing model that can develop products offsite to take full advantage of the resource advantages of individual companies. Building a coalition is the key to implementing agile manufacturing. From the product development point of view, the establishment of alliances is the reorganization of resources, and the reconstruction of the workshop is an important part of manufacturing reorganization of resources. Based on the definition and decomposition of product development task, this paper establishes a mathematical model of manufacturing resource reconfiguration, puts forward the mechanism and method of manufacturing resource reconstruction based on Internet, and gives a heuristic algorithm for solving optimization problems.
