根据API5L标准设计的X52QS管线钢管的化学成分为(/%):0.11~0.14C,0.20~0.35Si,0.95~1.20Mn,≤0.010P,≤0.0015S,0.10~0.20Ni,0.10~0.20Cu,0.008~0.020Ti,0.0015~0.004 0Ca。采用“100t EAF-LF+VD精炼-Φ210 mm圆坯连铸-精密斜轧机组轧制-880℃淬火-655℃回火调质热处理”工艺流程对X52QS钢管进行了批量化生产。主要工艺措施为电弧终点控制钢水温度1620~1640℃0.05%~0.08%C,≤0.008%P,精炼渣组分(/%):58CaO,7SiO_2,22Al_2O_3,8MgO,3%氟化物,VD后喂Ca-Si线等。检验结果表明,X52QS管线钢管的金相组织主要为铁素体+回火贝氏体,晶粒度≥8.5级,各类夹杂物的总和≤2级;力学性能和抗硫化氢腐蚀性能完全满足API 5L的标准要求;具有良好的焊接性能和低温冲击韧性,韧脆转变温度为-95℃。
According to API5L standard design X52QS pipeline steel chemical composition (/%): 0.11 ~ 0.14C, 0.20 ~ 0.35Si, 0.95 ~ 1.20Mn, ≤ 0.010P, ≤ 0.0015S, 0.10 ~ 0.20Ni, 0.10 ~ 0.20Cu, 0.008 ~ 0.020Ti, 0.0015 ~ 0.004 0Ca. The X52QS steel pipe was mass-produced by “100t EAF-LF + VD refining -Φ210mm round billet continuous casting-precision rolling mill rolling -80 ℃ quenching -655 ℃ tempering quenching and tempering heat treatment”. The main process measures arc end point control temperature of molten steel 1620 ~ 1640 ℃ 0.05% ~ 0.08% C, ≤ 0.008% P, refining slag components (/%): 58CaO, 7SiO_2,22Al_2O_3,8MgO, 3% fluoride, VD after feeding Ca-Si line and so on. The test results show that the microstructure of X52QS pipeline steel is mainly ferrite + tempered bainite, the grain size is ≥ 8.5, the total of all kinds of inclusions is ≤2, and the mechanical properties and H2S corrosion resistance completely satisfy API 5L standard requirements; Has good weldability and low temperature impact toughness, ductile-brittle transition temperature of -95 ℃.
