清末,黄遵宪受命担任中国驻新加坡首任总领事,曾作《采访节孝示》一文,此前学界仅见其片段,包括新近出版的《黄遵宪全集》亦未能收录全文,且有误识。而该文对了解彼时清政府华民妇女之政策、了解海外华民妇女之状况以及黄遵宪的妇女观皆有重要价值。今辑补全文,并对黄遵宪任职新加坡总领事的起止时间作出考辨。一黄遵宪与《采访节孝示》黄遵宪任职期间,曾为查访当地华民节孝妇女而出示文告,拟请旌表。鉴于目前记叙古代南洋华民情况的原始文献存世不多,故这篇作为官方权威文献的文告,便具有了特殊的文史价值:据此 At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Huang Zunxian was appointed as the first Chinese consul general in Singapore and was the guest of “interview filial piety” after the academic community saw only its fragments, including the newly published “Complete Works of the Huang Zunxian”, which failed to include the full text and was misunderstood. The article is of great value to understand the policy of Chinese women of Qing government during the Qing dynasty, to understand the situation of overseas Chinese people and the women’s outlook of Huang Zunxian. This edition complements the full text and examines the starting and ending time of Huang Zunxian as Consul General of Singapore. Huang Zunxian and “Interview Filial Piety” Huang Zunxian during his tenure, had to visit the local Hua Min filial piety woman and presented the text of the report, proposed Jing table.
