用成年大鼠35只,随机分实验组(29只)和对照组(6只)。用Nd:YAG 激光照射实验组大鼠睾丸,待温度达43±0.5℃时,维持15分钟。照射一次后,不同时间取垂体做普通切片及部分超薄切片,观察垂体的反应性变化。结果表明垂体的相对重量增加,远侧部促性腺激素细胞的数目相对增多,高尔基区扩张,胞质有明显的脱颗粒现象。超微结构相显示许多促性腺激素细胞处在合成和分泌旺盛期。上述变化在30天时达高峰,90天时趋于恢复。
Thirty-five adult rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 29) and control group (n = 6). The testis in experimental group was irradiated with Nd: YAG laser and maintained for 15 minutes until the temperature reached 43 ± 0.5 ℃. After irradiation, pituitary gland was taken at different times to do ordinary section and some ultrathin sections to observe the changes of pituitary reactivity. The results showed that the relative weight of pituitary increased, the number of distal gonadotropin cells increased relative to the expansion of the Golgi region, the cytoplasm obvious degranulation. The ultrastructural phase shows that many gonadotrophs are in a period of strong synthesis and secretion. The above changes peaked at 30 days and tended to recover at 90 days.
