利用TEM研究了8Mn8SiMo钢贝氏体晶核初期长大过程中的微观组织及精细结构实验观察到初期贝氏体具有应力应变促发亚单元形核特征,相变单元的三维形貌呈薄片状;贝氏体/奥氏体相界面可形成(111)f缺陷面,为母相奥氏体塑性协调变形亚结构.实验结果表明贝氏体的初期形成具有切变特征.
The microstructure and fine structure of the bainite nuclei of 8Mn8SiMo steel were studied by TEM. The nucleation characteristics of primary bainite with stress-strain induced subunits were observed. The three-dimensional morphology of the phase transformation unit was flaky ; Bainite / austenite interface can be formed (111) f defect surface, as the mother phase austenite plastic deformation of the sub-structure. The experimental results show that the initial formation of bainite has shear characteristics.
