本文针对汽车类专业人力资源需求不断增加,要求层次不断提高的社会环境下,作为职业教育的中高职院校,如何培养出符合社会和行业需要的不同层次的技能型人才的问题,从培养目标、课程内容、教材体系等方面进行了探析。
This article aims at how to train vocational and technical colleges and universities with different levels of skilled talents to meet the needs of the society and the industry. Goals, curriculum content, textbook system and other aspects were explored.
