目的:建立川七镇脑宁胶囊的质量标准.方法:采用TLC法对三七和独活进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对醋延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量进行测定.结果:薄层色谱中可检出三七和独活的特征斑点,且阴性无干扰;延胡索乙素在1.95~24.40 μg·ml-1 浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.51%(n=6).结论:该方法简单、可行,且重复性好,可用于川七镇脑宁胶囊的质量控制.“,”Objective:To establish the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules.Methods:A TLC method was used to identify Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis;an HPLC method was used to determine tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis (processed with vinegar).Results:The specific spots of Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis were presented clearly by TLC without interference from the negative control;the linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 1.95-24.40 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 9);the average recovery was 99.2%(RSD=1.51%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules.
