鉴于文献中婴幼儿的声反射出现率在诸多学者的报告相差甚大,而且对声反射的引出和探测音频率及婴幼儿年龄之间的关系尚未弄清。作者拟定①足月、正常妊娠和分娩;②出生重量大于2500g;③用5分钟 Apgar 计分法得分在7以上;④没有任何听力损伤的潜在危险因素;等条件,做为正常新生儿的标准。选用2天的正常新生儿24名40耳和6周的正常新生儿26名40耳,进行不同频率的纯音和白噪声测试,得出“M”形鼓室压力曲线及声反射阈的平均值。
In view of the literature on infant acoustical reflexes in many scholars report a great difference, and the relationship between the acoustic reflex leads and detection of audio frequency and infant age has not yet been clarified. The authors enacted ① full-term, normal pregnancy and childbirth; ② birth weight greater than 2500g; ③ 5-minute Apgar score score of 7 or more; ④ there is no potential risk of hearing impairment; other conditions, as a normal newborn standard . Twenty-four 40-ears normal newborns in 2 days and 26 40-ears normal newborns in 6 weeks were selected to perform pure tone and white noise tests at different frequencies to obtain the mean value of “M” shaped tympanometry pressure curve and acoustic reflex threshold.
