临床药师深入临床一线,为临床提供丰富具体的药学服务是临床药师的主要工作内容,也是药学部门从单纯的药品供应型转向药学技术服务型的重要模式。消化系统疾病属于常见病,治疗药物品种广,相互作用复杂,药源性疾病多。我院长期以来,消化科患者较多,且多数患者住院时间较长,并合并有多个系统的疾病。因此,消化科患者用药非常需要得到临床药师的帮助与服务。笔者2007年前往上海长海医院参加临床药师培训,针对性选择消化专业进修,返院后开展药师参与临床工作,在我院消化科开展临床药学服务方面进行了积极的探索和实践,积累了一些经验和体会,介绍如下。
