目前聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术在白血病微小残留病的检测领域中的应用日益广泛,因此,正确分析判断 PCR 检测的结果是十分重要的。综合分析国内外众多学者的研究结果,我们认为:在除外污染造成的假阳性结果后,PCR 结果阳性是白血病细胞存在的依据,但白血病细胞的存在并非一定导致白血病的复发,尤其在骨髓移植后1年内。PCR 结果阴性,可认为患者体内白血病细胞已根除,疾病治愈,但须除外由于分布不均及 PCR 检测敏感度水平等因素造成的假阴性。
