在加工工件上的小孔梯形内螺旋深槽时，经常采用的是单刀多次拉削的工艺方法，这 种加工方法满足不了大批生产时对生产率的要求．为此，提出了用“成组拉刀”取代单把拉刀 进行拉削的高效工艺方法，并为“成组内螺旋深槽拉刀设计”提供了一种合理、简捷的设计方法。
In the processing of small holes trapezoidal spiral deep groove, often used is single-pole multiple broaching process, this processing method can not meet the requirements of mass production of the productivity. For this reason, a high efficiency process method of “broaching group broach” instead of a single broach was proposed and a reasonable and simple design method was provided for “broach group broach broach design”.
