中国农村正处于由传统农业社会向现代社会的转型时期,但是农村青年的文化水平依然较低,通过校外培训提高农村青年的文化水平具有一定的现实意义。为了解校外农村青年的培训状况,以河北省一个典型的村庄作为研究个案,选择该村的校外农村青年13人,对这13人进行访谈调查。调查发现,校外农村青年有继续学习、接受培训的意愿,但是受到现实条件的制约;在具备适当条件的同时,部分人缺乏继续学习的动力。导致这一现状的原因在于城乡二元结构的分割和教育功能的困境。
The rural areas of China are in a period of transition from the traditional agricultural society to the modern society. However, the education level of rural youth is still low. It is of practical significance to improve the educational level of rural youth through off-campus training. In order to understand the training status of rural youth outside the school, taking a typical village in Hebei Province as a case study, 13 rural young people outside the village were selected to interview the 13 people. The survey found that rural young people outside the school have the will to continue their studies and receive training, but they are subject to realistic conditions. Some people lack the motivation to continue studying while having the proper conditions. The reason leading to this situation lies in the division of the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the plight of educational functions.
