L759是在615近交系小鼠上新建立的一株可移植性肉瘤白血病。由于 L759的原带代瘤鼠是一只莪术 L615瘤苗+BCG 主动免疫后经10~5个活 L615细胞攻击而存活的小鼠,它很可能并非自发瘤,而是在免疫机体中由 L615细胞遗传性发生变异而来。因而弄清它与 L615的关系,具有一定的理论意义。我们通过瘤苗主动免疫及交叉攻击试验,对 L759与 L615瘤细胞的抗原性进行了初步的比较,结果并未发现两者之间有
L759 is a newly established transplantable sarcoma leukemia in 615 inbred mice. Since the L759 progenitor tumor mouse is a mouse that survived 10 to 5 viable L615 cells after active immunization with Curcuma L615 and BCG, it is likely that it is not a spontaneous neoplasm. Instead, it is expressed in the immune organ by L615 Cytogenetic variation occurs. So to clarify its relationship with L615 has a certain theoretical significance. We conducted a preliminary comparison of the antigenicity of L759 and L615 tumor cells through the active immunization of tumor vaccine and cross-attack test. The results showed no difference between the two
