分析了造纸废料的成分特点,提出用造纸废料生产建筑模板的新型工艺方法,并完成模板的制备。通过有限元方法模拟了建筑模板的实际使用工况,分析得到造纸废料生产的建筑模板满足使用要求,验证了用造纸废料生产建筑模板工艺的可行性。进一步通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击试验测试模板的力学性能,得到相关力学性能参数,进一步证明了模板满足施工要求,且在实际施工中得到了验证。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the papermaking waste, proposes a new process for producing the building template from papermaking waste, and completes the preparation of the template. The finite element method was used to simulate the actual working condition of the building formwork, and the building template produced by the paper wastes was analyzed to meet the application requirements. The feasibility of using the papermaking waste to produce the building formwork was verified. The mechanical properties of the template were further tested by tensile, bending and impact tests, and the relevant mechanical properties were obtained. It was further proved that the template satisfied the construction requirements and was verified in practice.
