第一条 为了适应社会主义市场经济发展和军队现代化建设的需要,提高军队技术兵技术素质,增强部队战斗力,在军队实行技术兵职业技能鉴定制度,根据国务院批准的《工人考核条例》和劳动部颁发的《职业技能鉴定规定》,制定本办法。 第二条 本办法所称职业技能鉴定是指依据《国家职业技能标准》、《工人技术等级标准》和《职业技能鉴定规范》的要求,对军队技术兵进行的初、中、高技术等级考核
