底板岩巷水力冲孔通过岩石作为保护屏障,利用高压水冲力对煤体的冲击,造成煤体的表面积增大,能更快的释放出瓦斯,提高的瓦斯抽采浓度。本文通过对龙山煤矿21031底板巷水力冲孔的有效半径考察,得出水力冲孔的抽放半径。采用水力冲孔后通过优化钻孔设计,减少钻孔数量,封孔方面的费用也有所降低,包括封孔管、注浆化学材料、三通阀门、软管和钻孔施工的人工费用。
Bottom rock roadway hydraulic punching through the rock as a protective barrier, the use of high-pressure water impact on the impact of coal, resulting in increased surface area of coal, faster release of gas, increased gas drainage concentration. In this paper, the effective radius of hydraulic punching in 21031 bottom lane of Longshan Coal Mine is investigated, and the drainage radius of hydraulic punching is obtained. The cost of drilling holes is also reduced by optimizing the hole design after hydraulic punching, reducing the number of holes required, including labor costs for sealing tubes, grouting chemicals, three-way valves, hoses and drilling.
