四氯苯醌(Q)与3β-甲氧基胆甾-5-烯(1)在乙腈中光化学反应主要得到三个产物:氢醌与3β-甲氧基胆甾-5-烯在7位的偶合产物(2),3β-甲氧基胆甾-5-烯-7-醇(3)和四氯对苯二酚(QH2).本文研究了溶剂对光反应的影响,并用ESR、UV等手段探讨了反应机理.本文认为光化学反应主要经历了电子转移过程.
Photochemical reaction of chloranil (Q) with 3β-methoxycholest-5-ene (1) in acetonitrile resulted in three major products: hydroquinone and 3β-methoxycholest-5-ene at 7 (2), 3β-methoxycholest-5-en-7-ol (3) and tetrachlor hydroquinone (QH2). In this paper, the influence of solvent on the photoreaction was studied. The reaction mechanism was discussed by means of ESR and UV. This paper argues that the photochemical reaction mainly undergoes the electron transfer process.
