本文介绍上海第二耐火材料厂建成的60米小截面高温隧道窑的几项节能措施:回收烧成带余热以预热一次空气,采用空心夹墙风道输送高温热风和烟气,加强整个窑体密封。使烧成带处于微正压操作,窑顶采用新型轻质耐火绝热材料等。本窑较之国内同类型高温窑平均单产降低油耗一半以上,电耗降至同类型窑炉的三分之一左右。
This article introduces several energy-saving measures for 60-meter small-section high-temperature tunnel kilns built in Shanghai No.2 Refractory Factory: recuperating the waste heat of the sintering zone to pre-heat the air, adopting hollow wall-mounted air duct to transport high temperature hot air and flue gas, and strengthening the entire kiln Body seal. So that the burning zone at a slight positive pressure operation, the top of the kiln with a new lightweight refractory insulation materials. Compared with the domestic average kilns of the same type of high-temperature kiln, the kiln reduces fuel consumption by more than half, reducing power consumption to about one-third of the kilns of the same type.
