根据动静叶片留下的冲刷痕迹,求出水滴飞行速度矢量,探讨湿蒸汽中的水滴在到达动叶入口边之前从汽流中分离出来的可能性,以及足够大的动静叶片轴向间隙及恰当的水滴飞逸通道对水滴分离的影响。并用国外大型汽轮机末级采用充分大的动静叶栅轴向间隙,畅通无阻的水滴飞逸通道以及长时间运行后动叶片无明显水冲蚀现象的事实,验证文章提出的论点。指出了国产300MW汽轮机动静叶片轴向间隙的选取、水滴逸出通道及水滴捕集装置结构等设计不当之处提了一些改进意见

Some suggestions for improvement are pointed out, such as the selection of the axial clearance of the static and dynamic vanes of domestic 300 MW steam turbines, improper design of the water droplet escape passage and the structure of the droplet trapping device
