本文探讨了用荧光分光光度法测定利凡诺的血药浓度以及荧光测定的各项条件,提高了方法灵敏度,观察了利凡诺的体液浓度变化和引产之间的关系。本法灵敏度达10~(-9)g,血中回收率为70%左右。
This article discusses the determination of rivanol by fluorescence spectrophotometry plasma concentration and fluorescence determination of the conditions to improve the sensitivity of the method and observed rivanol body fluid concentration changes and the relationship between induction. Sensitivity of this method up to 10 ~ (-9) g, the blood recovery was about 70%.
